EducationI majored in math and minored in education at Mount Holyoke College. I also completed the requirements for a physics minor, but at Mount Holyoke students cannot have a double minor. I graduated in 2005.
ExperienceI spent two years teaching in the Massachusetts public school system as a summer school teacher and a student teacher. I spent a year and a half teaching in the New York City public school system as a math teacher. After 1/2 of the year, 1/3 of my stidents passed the exam and by the end of the year another 1/3 passed the exam.
