I am a Chinese native, a second year graduate student of sociology major at University of Pennsylvania. My BA is in Economics, so I have pretty good training in Math.
Experience
I want to be either a Chinese language tutor. I have tutoring experience in Advance Chinese speaking and writing with exchange American college students. The experience provides me with brand new lens to view my own culture and language, and creative perspectives that are out of the box. So the whole process is at least equally joyful and rewarding for me as for my students. Besides Chinese, I could also help with GRE Math, for which I had a score of 169, ranking above 98 percent test takers, as well as piano playing. I helped two kids pass level three piano test of Chinese Music Academy when I was in college.

Hobbies
I am a vegetarian, keeping traditional Chinese philosophy but also an open-minded free thinker. I love taichi, yoga, and meditation. I am passionate of taking part in voluntary and community services involving topics of education promotion, child care, health care, gender inequality. As teaching is a fun and hobby for me, my tutoring price is totally negotiable, or I could do pay-as-you-wish, or even voluntary if there is a need.
