EducationI am an Ivy League Mechanical Engineering and Theatre Arts student at the University of Pennsylvania in his junior year, most likely sub-matriculating into a M.S.E. in Systems Engineering. I have a competitive GPA.
ExperienceI scored in the 97th percentile on the SAT, and I scored 35 out of 36 possible points on the ACT (high 99th percentile). Though my focus at university is in mathematics and physics, I took many AP and honors courses in high school in all common subjects, as well as got my Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors, receiving very high scores on all regents, including multiple perfect scores.
I am looking to tutor high school students who may be preparing for the SAT/ACT, that need to work on their classes, or need help with Regents Prep, as well as first and second year university students that may need help with Calculus (1 through 4), Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, or Physics (Statics, Dynamics, Materials, etc.).
Even in classes I do well in, I've always gotten tutors for myself, because I find them to be incredibly beneficial. They help all students who want to perform better, no matter where they are currently. I love teaching and helping out and I really enjoy the subjects I work with. Also, I have many notes and examples from classes I have taken that I can use to help students I tutor as well.
HobbiesI am an avid thespian, I love outdoors/hiking/camping, and I sing and play piano.
