Experience
I attended Manchester University where I acquired my degree in Spanish. Along with my Spanish degree, I acquired my TESOL degree. Because of these academic accomplishments, I have been lucky enough to travel all around the world and have had the privilege to teach different levels of languages. Some of my experience include teaching young children in Spain, teaching adults in Taiwan, and teaching ESL to adults in the U.S. Currently, I am still a student. I am in the process of teaching medical-based Spanish to myself. Because I have been learning new languages throughout my life, I thoroughly understand how difficult the language learning process can be. While teaching language, I do not partake in traditional teaching methods. Instead, I use a different and unique style of instruction. I enjoy making my lessons as interactive as possible. I also enjoy using a lot of conversation-based activities in my lessons. When I am not teaching or studying, I love to travel to new places. I also have a love for sci-fi books and movies. When time permits, I practice yoga and spend a lot of quality time with my friends and family in Philly.
