I went to the University of Chicago to earn my bachelor's degree in English language literature as well as cinema and media studies. I then went on to the University of Iowa, where I earned a master of arts degree in film studies. I also served as a teaching assistant at the University of Iowa, helping out in film studies courses. As a tutor, I believe that confidence in one's abilities is the biggest factor in their success. I also believe that the proper guidance from a skilled educator can help students turnaround their struggles and become successful. I can tutor literature, grammar, English, essays, writing, vocabulary, GRE prep, PSAT prep, SAT prep, and other test preparation. When I have spare time, I enjoy listening to music, dancing, practicing photography, art, and traveling.
