Experience
I am a CERTIFIED TEACHER. I find teaching to be extremely rewarding. There is no better feeling than when a student finally "gets it" and you are there to witness it. You can almost see the lightbulb turn on and suddenly the world is his for the taking. I love that feeling and I love seeing students succeed. I have 2 years tutoring experience at The Philadelphia Literacy Center where I worked with ESL students and illiterate adults. I also have 2 years tutoring experience at St. Joseph's University Writing Center where I worked with college students on writing and editing skills. I have been tutoring privately for the last 3 years and have 7 years tutoring experience total. I scored in the 90th percentile on the Praxis exam.
