Experience
Having been a nanny for several families over the years, I have helped both grade school and high school students with their homework. I will be taking the MCAT in September- so stay tuned for this score! I feel that the approach to education taken by most schools and universities is often a "one size fits all" approach that often does not work. I believe that any student can excel in a subject, they often just need to be presented with the material in a different way. Being a private tutor allows me to help others excel and is very rewarding. Over the years I have taken the following courses: Calc 1 & 2, Statistics, General Chemistry 1 & 2, Organic Chemistry 1 & 2, Biology, various levels of Economics for both Macro and Micro, History courses, Reading/ Essay writing courses as well as conducting my own senior research and composing two senior thesis papers. I was a Senior Facilitator at Hugh O 'Brian Youth Leadership for 3 years after college.
