I have taught at Peirce College, Delaware County Community College and Community College of Philadelphia as well as in community-based organizations. I also have vast experience teaching in real-world organizations as an IT Network Administrator and Helpdesk Supervisor, supporting Microsoft and Novell systems. I have earned certifications in Microsoft and Novell as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Accounting. I have developed a knowledgeable and patient method for helping students feel more confident and comfortable learning new technologies and other subjects. I understand students' needs, communicate well with different student learning styles, listen actively and ask appropriate clarifying questions. I communicate in ways that build trust.
