Temple University, B.A in Film & Media Arts and English. Graduate of the Honors Program with distinction, Magna Cum Laude, 3.81 GPA. Currently a first year graduate student in the Media Studies and Production program at Temple.
Experience
Tutoring experience: Participated in a peer tutoring program in high school where I tutored underclassmen in Spanish, Latin, and Geometry. While at Temple I was awarded a Diamond Peer Teacher position where I served as a T.A in one of Temple's GenEd literature courses and served mainly as a writing tutor, proofreader, and study skills/study session leader. Last year, worked at St. Joe's Prep in the Admissions office reading essays and going over application materials. Also filled in as an English teacher for absent teachers, creating lesson plans for Hamlet, and Edgar Allan Poe short stories.
