ExperienceI am living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and I am currently a candidate of neuroscience at the University of Maryland-Baltimore. I attended Arizona State University where I acquired my bachelor's degree in psychology with a focus in biochemistry. I have always enjoyed the field of tutoring and find it to be very fulfilling. While attending Arizona State, I worked as a mentor and tutor to students in the liberal arts and science program. While I enjoy learning in general, I would have to say that I have the most affection for biology, chemistry, and biostatistics. I am currently offering my tutoring services in a number of subjects. As for my tutoring style, I truly believe that my approach is extremely lively and energetic. I use a variety of learning methods and tools depending on each individual student's needs. My main goal is to have students be engaged in what they're learning. I also believe in positive encouragement. This assists in building confidence. When I am not tutoring, I can be found playing sports or partaking in fun outdoor activities. I love camping and hiking. I also love getting sucked into a great book.
