I attended Rutgers University, where I earned both my bachelor's degree in biological sciences and my master's degree in biomedical sciences. I am an aspiring OB/GYN who is most enthusiastic about tutoring students in courses related to medicine and science. I have been tutoring since I was in high school, helping elementary schoolers with their math and reading skills, and I have continued tutoring since then. My most recent experience is helping high schoolers with algebra, biology, and chemistry. I am an engaged, active tutor, and I enjoy getting to know my students' unique learning styles so I can tailor a customized tutoring plan to meet their needs. I also take my students' interests into account so I can relate their interests to the topics we're working on together, which helps students engage with the material. My favorite subject to tutor is biology, but I am able to help students with algebra, chemistry, physiology, and other math and science classes. I'm also capable of helping students with AP Biology and AP Chemistry. In my spare time, I enjoy scrapbooking, snowboarding, traveling, hiking, reading, writing, and a good game of tennis.
