A university professor for 22 years, I have worked with freshmen and also enjoy one on one instruction. I help with composition and grammar skills and find it satisfying on a professional level to see students' skills improve over time. No matter what level of proficiency one writes at, I think any student can acquire strong writing abilities with some effort. Over many years, I have seen and been reassured of this repeatedly. I also tutor reading, essay editing, American history, European history, German, languages, social studies, and ACT, SAT, and GRE prep. I provide summer tutoring as well.Writing, rather than being like rocket science, is a skill one develops through consistent practice. I have taught at the University of Connecticut (where I attended), Temple University, and WCU. Also, I studied at Arizona State University. I'm now in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania and enjoy road cycling and TRX training in my spare time.
