Currently a sophomore at Temple University in Philadelphia. I'm a Spanish major with a 3.88 cumulative GPA.

Experience

I was a tutor in high school for Spanish. I received a 1940 on my SAT and a 29 on ACT. I took four years of Spanish in high school. I have taken 6 Spanish classes at Temple so far and I went to Costa Rica for 3 weeks last semester and stayed with a host family as part of an abroad program at Temple. I want to be a tutor because Spanish comes easily to me and I enjoy helping and teaching kids who struggle with language.

I am a very easy-going and laid-back person. I have a good sense of humor and I'm very patient when it comes to teaching. I have played sports my whole life and I enjoy watching sports on TV. I'm very interested in Latin American culture, something that has helped me with my understanding of the Spanish language. I'm the youngest of 5 kids and my family is the most important thing in my life. I'm a people person and I enjoy meeting new faces every day.
