I have worked one on one with ESL students of all ages since getting certified to teach English as a foreign language in 2008. Both my TEFL training and my masters degree included the study and practice of educational theory and methods. I love to teach and discovering how best to engage individual students. I am a believer in Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences (that there are 9 different types of intelligence) and that it's vital for students to believe they can excel.
