Experience
I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History. While a student at Penn, I obtained my initial experience as a tutor, working with undergraduate students in economics and mathematics. While tutoring there, I learned that your choice of teaching methods has a big impact in how effectively your student will learn. Rather than employing a "one-size-fits-all" approach, I work with each student to tailor our sessions to their individual mindset, based on their abilities, goals, personality, and learning style. I tutor students in a vast range of subjects, including AP microeconomics, algebra, business, and English; however, my passion resides with preparing students for the Law School Admissions Test, or LSAT, as well as college and graduate essays. Through patience and practice, I firmly believe that any student can improve their understanding of the LSAT materials and bolster their scores. I enjoy supporting students on the path towards achieving their academic goals. A stimulating learning experience can lead to the greatest results. Outside of educating others, I have several hobbies. I enjoy powerlifting and running, among other forms of exercise. I enjoy trying out new restaurants, watching movies and reading. I will be in law school next fall.
