I am a Junior at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia studying Microbiology with a 3.2 GPA. I graduated High School in 2012 with a 3.75 GPA and took 5 AP classes in my Senoir Year and 1 in my Junoir Year. Those classes were AP French, AP Psychology, AP Biology, AP Us History, AP Statistics, and AP English.
Experience
I have been tutoring students for 7 years and started during high school with an after school tutoring program. I worked with students primarily in biology and chemistry and was able to see significant results among students that regularly sought tutoring. I love helping students to be their best and working with them to reach an understanding of material that they were previously unable to grasp. I have a passion for education, especially in language and in the sciences. Since starting college I have acquired a number of great skills and a better understanding of material in the subjects I am qualified to tutor in. I have maintained above a 3.0 in all of the classes I choose to tutor in order to make sure that the student is receiving the best and most qualified help.
