I enjoy working with students by making our tutoring sessions into a conversation that involves Math. I believe this makes the time spent learning about Math more unique and memorable, and something the student will enjoy. I believe my passion in the subject relates well to my younger students. I want them to understand how Math is more than just a subject, but something that fits into our lives, and should be viewed as a game that applies to real life and not just the classroom.I enjoy tutoring Math because I consider it to be the most intriguing and fun subject I have ever studied. I am available to work with students in Algebra 1-4, Calculus 1-3, Differential Equations, Geometry, Elementary and Middle School Math, Precalculus, Statistics, Trigonometry, Multivariable Calculus, Arithmetic, Finite Mathematics, Pre-Algebra, AP Calculus AB, Linear Algebra, Applied Mathematics, ACT Math, SAT Math, and PSAT Mathematics. I graduated from the University of Rochester. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, and a minor in Music Theory. I plan on going forward to earn a Ph.D. in Math as well.Outside of Math and tutoring, I love to knit, go long distance running, and make all kinds of vegetarian food.
