I grew up in Vietnam, and came to the US in 2004 to complete my high school and college education. I obtained my degrees from Widener University and the University of the Sciences. While working to complete my degrees, I spent time tutoring and teaching students studying in the chemistry lab and undergraduate students. Currently, I'm a tutor for numerous high school students, and I work as a chemist.When I was about 12, I worked with a tutor who eventually became a mentor and friend. She inspired me to grow as a person, and I want to do the same for the next generation. I want to help guide students who are still trying to find their way and inspire them to pursue higher forms of education. I believe that obtaining a good education increases a person's quality of life. However, an education is more than learning and memorizing facts, students also need to learn to apply their studying to real-life situations. I tutor students in pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, precalculus, trigonometry, math, science, and chemistry. Additionally, I tutor AP Chemistry and Honors Chemistry students, as well as offer SAT preparation services.In my free time, I enjoy watching movies.
