Experience
3 years tutoring experience at a math learning center and various other experiences editing cover-letters and high school college essays. I'll be a high school English teacher so lots of relevant experience there! Hmmm...impressive items from my resume: I've been interning and volunteering at Tree House books in Philadelphia for about 7 months and it has been an incredibly cool experience. I work with inner city kids on literacy to help them build a love of reading and writing. It's a free bookstore where all books are free or donation based.

Hobbies
I really like comedy in all things. TV, movies, literature, stand-up, general conversation. I spend my free time biking, running, writing a comedic blog, and cooking everything I can whip together with my favorite Trader Joe's and farmers market bounty. I'm also a painter which sounds really silly but I've made myself a small business making watercolor post cards. It's mostly my best friend and I sending each other cute cards across state lines but I think everyone needs a fun/creative outlet. It helps me stay laid back and relaxed.
