Education

I obtained my Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven in 2012. Before this I studied at the University of Delaware and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. Both programs required intense biology, chemistry and biochemistry classes which I found to be most fascinating.

Experience

I want to be a tutor because I love learning. I find it to be fascinating and believe that others can too if taught the right way. I have spent the past 5 years traveling and bartending and have learned about different cultures and people and beliefs. I believe this experience has only helped me to help others.

Hobbies

I love to travel and practice yoga. I also enjoy playing and watching sports. I went to UDelaware on a Division 1 Athletic Scholarship to play softball. Playing competitive sports has also made me competitive in the classroom. Although I have 2 degrees in Science fields I plan on going back to school to study nursing. I find it to be such a rewarding career in which knowledge coupled with a caring demeanor can be life changing for their patients.
