Experience

I have three years of tutoring experience. My strengths lie in tutoring math and other related subjects, as I am studying both computer and actuarial sciences at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am able to tutor students in all levels of math, from elementary school to high school. At the high school level, I can help students with algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus. I also feel comfortable tutoring all levels of Spanish. I can help students prepare for the SAT and ACT as well as the AP Calculus and Statistics exams.Tutoring is an important part of a student's education, fulfilling a need that cannot necessarily be met while in school. Through tutoring, I can work individually with students to help them achieve their educational goals. Bringing my love of learning to tutoring sessions helps my students stay engaged while we work together. When I am not in school or tutoring, I enjoy playing volleyball and traveling.
