I attended Oberlin College, where I gained extensive knowledge in various subjects. I realized that one primary problem in education is that there is a lack of learning time for individuals. Classes are focused on teaching the entire class at once, often leaving behind students who are struggling. As a tutor, I strive to build personal relationships with my students and provide the one-on-one time they need to succeed.My primary focus is on tutoring students in History. I am able to tutor students taking American History, AP Comparative Government and Politics, AP United States History, the SAT Subject Test in United States History, and Social Studies. I also offer tutoring in Science, including Ecology and Biology. When I am not assisting students in these fields, I offer help with Spanish, Test Prep, Study Skills, and Homework Support. I also offer tutoring in for the SAT Writing and Verbal sections. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy writing and playing music. I also like walking through the woods.
