I was an Undergraduate and Graduate Teaching Assistant for several courses at Temple. I mostly focused on human sexuality, grant writing, and teaching health education courses. I loved being a Teaching Assistant at Temple and I have always been passionate about public health. I now am a Lead Educator at a large non-profit in Philadelphia, focusing on sexual and reproductive health. I have taught several different programs, worked in the schools and community sites, assisted in writing grants for funding, and write curricula for new sexual health projects. I have taken several public health courses throughout my undergraduate and graduate career. Some include epidemiology, biostatistics, grant writing, maternal and child health, health behavior theories, and health communication. Almost in all of the courses, a literature review had to be done, public health research, and an understanding of statistics.

Hobbies
I love to read, mostly historical fiction. I play volleyball and do yoga. I will be going on a yoga retreat to Belize soon! Most of all, I love my cat so expect some pictures!
