I was born in Caracas Venezuela, and lived there from 1993 to 2010 and then again from 2012 to 2016, just arrived in philadelphia the 28th of November 2016. I was a sociology student, worked for galleries, and non profits, fundraising with high profile donors. Fluent conversation in art, culture and history. I want to share my experience with anyone seeking to learn or improve their Spanish. As for qualifications, my mother and I hosted an exchange student for a year, from england, whom I mentored in spanish and helped him improve his conversational skills. I also volunteered for a couple months a year during summer vacation to watch over, and tutor in mutliple disciplines a Special needs child whose now 17 years old. I did freelance translation work, and was ocaccionally hired on weekends to recieve dignataries and serve as an interpreter. I would describe my method of tutoring as free form designed to fit the specific person, meaning I would create a specific program for the specific needs of any particular student based on his Spanish level, his aspiration, his need for the lenguage and the goals he expects to achieve from learning the lenguage.
