I started private tutoring when I was in high school, and I have over five years of experience tutoring college and high school level math. A lot of people dislike math, but my students have always enjoyed working with me. Every student is different: they each have their own unique learning style, knowledge level, and objective. Before I start my lessons, I always spend time to learn about my student and personalize the lessons so that I can help them accomplish their goal. I always try my best to understand the style of my students, and tailor each class individually in order to suit the need of every student. I am constantly looking for the most efficient way to tutor my students and I am extremely proud to say that over 90% of my students have received a noticeable increase in their grades in less than a month. During my junior year in high school, I received the perfect score (800/800) on both the SAT Math and SAT Math II subject test. I also received 5/5 on the AP Calculus AB, and AP Calculus BC tests. I have a lot of experience preparing students for standardized tests such as SAT and GRE. My students generally see significant result in their scores within a month.

Hobbies
I love traveling, hiking, and playing basketball. I have lived in four different States in the past years and I like Virginia the best because there's so much to explore. I also enjoy teaching and working with kids. In the past year, I have been volunteering at local high schools/middle schools to help students with their math and science classes.
